Terms of Service

By requesting or receiving services from Did U Reboot?, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

Did U Reboot? provides on-site and remote IT support services to residential and commercial clients in South Orange County, California. Services include but are not limited to:

2. No Fix, No Charge Policy

If we are unable to resolve your tech issue, you will not be charged for our time. This policy applies when:

Diagnostic time is included at no charge when no fix is possible. If a client requests a detailed written diagnosis report, a documentation fee may apply.

3. Rates & Payment

Service rates are provided at the time of booking or upon request. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, and major credit cards.

For ongoing business support contracts, billing terms will be outlined in a separate service agreement.

4. Appointments & Cancellations

We ask for at least 2 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a scheduling deposit being required for future bookings.

5. Data & Backup Responsibility

Did U Reboot? takes every precaution to protect your data during service. However:

Did U Reboot? shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of business, or loss of revenue. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

We are not responsible for issues caused by pre-existing conditions, manufacturer defects, or problems unrelated to the services we performed.

We stand behind our work. If an issue we repaired recurs within 30 days of service and is directly related to our work, we will return to address it at no additional labor charge. This warranty does not cover:

When remote support is provided, Did U Reboot? will only access your device with your explicit permission and in your presence (or with your active consent). We will not access any files, accounts, or data beyond what is necessary to complete the requested service.

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in Orange County, California.

12. Changes to These Terms

Did U Reboot? reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
